Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Aggies Cleaning and Laundry. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Services
Aggies Cleaning and Laundry will provide cleaning and laundry services as outlined in the Client Agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include EFT (unless other agreements have been made). Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the Client Agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms vary depending on the service and are detailed in the Client Agreement. Failure to cancel in accordance with the policy may result in applicable charges.

4. Liability
Aggies Cleaning and Laundry will take all reasonable care to protect your property while providing our services. However, we are not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence, nor are we liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng.

6. Client Agreement
A separate Client Agreement will outline the specific details of each service, including pricing, scheduling, and any other relevant information. Please review the Client Agreement carefully before engaging our services.
